Here are a few examples of SKOOL COMMUNITIES that are currently making $10,000 a month…

This is for YOU if…
- You are an educational content creator with 25k+ followers.
-You need a consistent way to make money with your content.
-You believe selling to your audience is bad.
-You hate relying on sponsorships to monetize.
-You don't have the time or knowledge to build a big business.
-You don't want to become a "guru".
-You want to maintain authenticity while also monetizing
your content.
-You are or want to create content full time.

But, the truth is…
The days of easy money through sponsorships are over.

Content creation is getting more and more competitive, and nowadays, ITS NOT ENOUGH to be living off of sponsorships and brand deals.

What you need is a reliable, predictable stream of income that is easy to run so that you can focus on rolling out content and doing what you love.

And… running a PAID community is perfect for this. Below I have included a step-by-step guide on how you can implement this with your audience.

STEP-BY-STEP Guide On How YOU Can
Monetize Your Audience With A PAID
COMMUNITY
_______________________________________
Step 1: Audience Market Research
nb

Doing market research on your audience is one of the — if not the — most important part of running a paid community. If you don't know what your audience wants, how are you going to sell them into a whole community? During this stage, you will document the pains and desires of your audience. For example, if you are a fitness creator, your audience may want to lose weight or gain muscle.

You will do this by interviewing 30 or more of your followers via call. In the calls, you will ask
specific questions about your niche and what they would like to learn about in the community.
Once you have the data, put it in a Google Doc as a resource for the next step. To book the calls,
you can use Calendly and set up an event.

Step 2: Position Your Offer
nb

Alright, at this point you should know what your audience's pains and desires are from the market research. Now, you have to craft the perfect offer to resonate with your audience. Your offer should take your audience from their current state (unhappy) to their desired state (happy). This could make or break the entire process. If you do not take your audience from their current stateto their desired state, nobody will find your offer worth it.

Let's refer back to the fitness creator example. If you are working with a community focused on losing weight, you would want to take a deep dive on the REAL challenges and difficulties of following a diet or sticking to an effective exercise program. Perhaps your audience needs knowledge on the proper exercises to perform. Or perhaps time is an issue and learning how to cook healthy food is their answer. Remember, I can't stress this enough, your goal is to take your audience from their current state to their desired state.

Step 3: Write Your Sales Letter
nb

Your sales letter is how you are going to present your offer to your audience, so it needs to be good. When writing a sales letter, you should use the principles of copywriting and research the strategies required to influence a reader with your words. You can write and draft the sales letter in Google Docs.

Step 4: Record Your Sales Letter
nb

Recording your sales letter is one of the best ways you can get the word out to your audience. Not
only does it build more trust with your audience, but it will more likely lead them to act upon buying the community. Record a 1-2 minute clip of you reading the sales letter to them as the video script and post it on Instagram, Tiktok, or Youtube, or just as a clip of a separate video.

Step 5: Optimize Your Online Presence
nb

Optimizing your online presence is vital for effectively promoting and selling a paid community.
To do this you have to change your bios and about pages to promote the
pre-release of the community. Things such as adding a link to your bio or description of a video
and promoting that should be sufficient. To build trust, you must also look the most professional
you can on platforms like Instagram and Youtube.

Step 6: Build A Funnel To Direct Traffic
nb

Building a funnel is what brings your audience to eventually buy into the community. You would
do this by essentially directing your traffic to the paid community using various assets and
signs pointing towards the paid community. You should direct all your traffic from different
platforms to your Instagram, where you will promote your community. You should at the minimum have these Call to Actions: Link in bio, Story, and DM. Link in bio is self-explanatory, you want to havea link in your bio and have a short phrase in your bio to tell them to click on it. In your story, you should have a post about the community, and tell the viewer to DM you a word to
learn more about it.

Step 7: Create Your Community
nb

Alright, now here is the fun part. You want to start by finding a good platform to create your
community on. I highly recommend Skool, as it is the most modern and simple to create,
but you can also make it on Discord or Kajabi. Next, you want to start building out the framework
for the community. To be valuable, your community should have at least a chat platform for the
members, exclusive information, and exclusive calls. Courses are optional, but are highly
recommended, if you want to give your members the best experience in your community.

In conclusion, if you just…
1. Do Market Research on Your Audience
2. Position Your Offer
3. Write Your VSL
4. Record Your VSL
5. Optimize Your Instagram Profile
6. Build a Funnel
7. Create your Community

You should be on your way to financial freedom through
content creation.
